Our Customer Service Team and Customer Service Representatives work in our call center and in the field to help and support York Water customers. Our team works with customers to explain their utility services, collect payments, answer questions about billing, and process inquiries and requests.
Our Engineering and Construction teams work together and alongside operations to ensure reliability of our infrastructure for many years to come. Their structural and civil engineering backgrounds coupled with GIS, SCADA, and AutoCAD skills help York Water plan and execute on a variety of projects year over year.
Our Finance and Accounting Teams, from Staff Accountants, accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Clerks to our Controller, keep our operations running smoothly and help our leadership make informed business decisions.

York Water’s Information Technology team is responsible for the everyday functionality of digital infrastructure including networks, hardware, and software. This team also ensures the stability and security of the Company’s IT systems.

York Water’s Operations team, from field laborers and electricians, to service technicians, is responsible for the daily water and wastewater operations. This team, with a varied skillset, ensures the reliability and maintenance of our systems and infrastructure.
The York Water Company Treatment Plant Operators, Treatment Technicians, Lab Supervisors, and Superintendents maintain our high-water quality and treatment standards at our water and wastewater treatment facilities.
This link leads to the machine readable files that are made available in response to the federal Transparency in Coverage Rule and includes negotiated service rates and out-of-network allowed amounts between health plans and healthcare providers. The machine-readable files are formatted to allow researchers, regulators, and application developers to more easily access and analyze data.
