York Water customers, if income eligible, may receive one grant for water and one grant for wastewater.

The Shapiro Administration announced on July 6, 2023, that they are re-opening the Low-income Household Water Assistance Program (LIHWAP) to help Pennsylvanians with their water and wastewater bills. LIHWAP reopened today, Monday, July 10, 2023.
