The Board of Directors of The York Water Company appointed Mr. Paul R. Bonney as a new director to the Board effective June 1, 2022.

The Board of Directors at their May 2nd meeting declared a quarterly dividend of $0.1949 per share.

Construction activities on the Company’s Lake Williams Dam are expected to start on or after April 4, 2022. Most of the work in 2022 will consist of demolition of the existing dam with some reconstruction work starting later in the year.
