THE YORK WATER COMPANY WELCOMES SUZANNE M. BECKER AS VICE PRESIDENT OF CUSTOMER SERVICE

York, Pennsylvania, March 6, 2025 – The York Water Company (NASDAQ: YORW) President and CEO, JT Hand, announced today that Suzanne M. Becker has been appointed as the company’s Vice President of Customer Service.

 

Ms. Becker has nearly four decades of experience in leadership, marketing, and customer relations. She joins York Water from Traditions Bank, where she most recently served as Executive Administrative Officer and Assistant Corporate Secretary. In this role, she played a key part in corporate governance, strategic initiatives, and achieving organizational objectives while overseeing administration, marketing, data and research, and community outreach. Previously, as Director of Marketing and Communications, she led branding initiatives and strengthened community engagement. Her extensive background also includes roles in advertising, marketing, and broadcasting.

A graduate of Millersville University with a B.S. in Communications, Ms. Becker has been actively involved in the York community throughout her career. She currently serves as a Board Member for the Appell Center for the Performing Arts, a Board Member and Chair of the Resource Development Committee for Pappus House, and a member of the Marketing and Communications Committee for Choices Healthcare.
